Goal

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

Office 365: error message: the application isn't responding

We have a user who gets the following Error message when she tries to start the O365 Add-in
 The Application isn't responding. Try again Later. (ZPS_365-5685058)
Currently she is the only one having this problem.
