Allow maintenance programs is not enabled on Customer Asset

Auto-created customer asset not unable to check the allow maintenance program checkbox.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Allow maintenance program checkbox should be able to be checked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supply Chain Execution > Maintenance Management > Tasks > Manage Asset
2. Search asset by number > Select asset > Open Asset Overview
3. Scroll down to Allow Maintenance Programs > when checking this box, it does not enable

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign an Asset to be allowed in maintenance programs.
