ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On hand of item#XXXX is showing in ABC sub inventory with total 1 and available to reserve/Available to transact 0. The material status 'Active' was assigned at sub inventory and item which is having allow reservation flag along with necessary attributes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On hand quantity of item#XXXX should show total, available to reserve and available to transact equal to 1.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create and submit sales order.
2. Perform picking transactions.
3. Meanwhile cancel the sales order line.
4. Sales order pick stuck in manage pending transactions UI.
5. On hand of item will show total 1 and available to reserve/Available to transact 0.
