Absence Management - compensatory absence type without OTL

Implementing Absences without Time and Labor is to have the options when adding an absence in Time & Absences to indicate what exactly is requested: time in lieu, payment of overtime or split by both.

Additionally, overtime is calculated with different rates depending on when it was carried out - in the weekend or during the week.

Setting up compensatory plan/type in HCM will not calculate the rates differently than based on the calendar ( 1 to 1), the plan shows negative values and the choice between payment or time in lieu cannot be made.

Implementing OTL is not the intention as currently third party application is handling this requirement based on work schedules and calculating the rates accordingly.

Please suggest how to best configure overtime in HCM to achieve this complete or close functionality.
