CANNOT FILTER RESOURCE DCL BASED ON ORGANIZATION LOV (Doc ID 2639676.1)

Symptoms


Cannot filter Resource DCL based on Organization lov


a. Navigator > Application Composer > Custom Objects > Create a new custom object = Expect_c
b. along with OOTB fields, create a new DCL field - ResourceDCL1
Related Object = Resource
List Selection Display Value = Resource Name
Data Filter = Advanced > add search field = Organization(OrganizationNameLov) >
and add expression as ===== OrganizationNameLov = 'XXX Resource Org'
[[ using sample org value as static value being passed so as to check the working of this feature,
if works, would modify to dynamic value ]]
c. But in run time, on Custom object record UI, if click and open lov of "ResourceDCL1" field,
for first click -  get error -
Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 1,

and for next clicks, search comes up and can see all resources across orgs,
UNlike as expected to list only from ='XXX Resource Org'
