Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.11

When attempting to create a component list, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The Configuration Package contains an exception. Contact your System Administrator. Exception occurred during processing. Exception context ShellHandler.getRollingImageIds in procedure: pack. Last processed context: ShellHandler.pack().


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Select Workspace
  2. Expand Configuration Package Manager
  3. Select Component Lists
  4. Click on component list item Validation
  5. Select Single Instance Shell -> Select the specific Shells
  6. Click the Error Check button

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create configuration packages since upgrading.
