Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
---------------------------
On 11.13.19.10.0 , the following issue happens while importing non-standard work orders

Import Work Orders Job Stuck in Retrying Status while using Work Order FBDI Process.


ERROR
---------
Work Order Job remains in Retry status for a long time and then errors out.

Error-The import batch failed due to a system error. Contact your help desk.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Download Workorder template for FBDI
2. Enter the data to be loaded
3. Generate CSV File
4. Run 'Load Interface File for Import' Job and Upload the Zip File
5. Run' Import Work Orders' Job
6. Import Work Orders: Process Work Order Open Interface stuck in Retrying Status
7. Import Work Order Job shows status as Error
