Fusion Global HR: When Hiring An Employee, Line Manager Gets Defaulted To User Creating New Hire Transaction Using Position Synchronization (Doc ID 2640044.1)

When creating a new hire transaction, the line manager defaulted is the user who is submitting the transaction even if using Position Management and position synchronization.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Hire an Employee
2. Apply selected position changes > Yes > Continue
3. Click on Managers
4. The manager is defaulted to the user
