Goal

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Outlook connector installation error

Package manager files validation failed with error: " Validation error: 'Validation error code: -1072898031; Reason: Element '{http://invisiblecrm.com/platform/connector_configuration}natural_key' cannot be empty according to the DTD/Schema. "

After inserting the credentials, the Obtain Package step fails

User cannot launch Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook.

How can solve the issue?
