Symptoms
While trying to invoke a BIP report receiving the following:

CASDK-0033: Received a SOAP fault while invoking endpoint target: https://exxx-xxx.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com/xmlpserver/services/v2/ScheduleService. This indicates a processing exception on the service endpoint side. Please check service side logs to further diagnose the problem Fault Code : soapenv:MustUnderstand
