On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Journal Approvals via email doesn't seem to be posted

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should post once after approving journals

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General Accounting Dashboard
2. Create Journals
3. Submit Journals for approval

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to complete post journals automatically after approval
