Milestones Resolution Metrics Are Not Generated, Only First Response Metrics (Doc ID 2640186.1)

Customer created configuration for milestones, the first response metric is generated in the SR, after creation, but not the Resolution metric.
There is already configuration done for the Resolution Metric, and for the Business Unit, but the Resolution metric is not generated.
