Information in this document applies to any platform.
When User creates a Service Request and select the Queue, Assigned To search shows all the Agents irrespective of their membership of that queue.
Ideally value populated in Agent search should be restricted to the Agents who are member of the Queue else there will be a confusion who is part of that Queue and Who is not.
