Cannot Import Employee Resource Using The Seeded Template (Doc ID 2640280.1)

When attempting to add a resource role to an existing employee via Employee Resource Import, we are receiving an error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Employee Resource using the mapping found in Employee_Resource_Seeded_Mapping____Comprehensive_11-02-2020_19_37_969_Template.csv
2. Error received.
