Cannot Import Employee Resource Using The Seeded Template (Doc ID 2640280.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to add a resource role to an existing employee via Employee Resource Import, we are receiving an error.

ERROR

ERROR,"29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-PER:::PER_EMCOR_INV_ATTRIBUTE: (29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO- -1)
ERROR,"Invalid value for PERSON-Invalid value for PERSON_ID. Enter PERSON_ID value from HRC_LOADER_BATCH_LINES300000015407598 (Invalid value for PERSON- -1) Details: Invalid value for PERSON-Invalid value for PERSON_ID. Enter PERSON_ID value from HRC_LOADER_BATCH_LINES300000015407598 Cause: The message, Invalid value for PERSON-Invalid value for PERSON_ID. Enter PERSON_ID value from HRC_LOADER_BATCH_LINES300000015407598, can not be accessed. Action: Report this problem to an administrator.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import Employee Resource using the mapping found in Employee_Resource_Seeded_Mapping____Comprehensive_11-02-2020_19_37_969_Template.csv
2. Error received.
