After pasting copied data to a range of cells and hitting calculate some of the cells are updated to zero.
If the same data were pasted again, and after re-hitting calculate, it works fine.
Steps:
1. Copy similar data to from Excel:
1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
2. Paste the data to the workbook:
Feb 20 | Mar 20 | Apr 20 | Q4 20 | May 20 | Jun 20 | Jul 20 |
1 | 2 | 3 | 0 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
3. Hit Calculate and notice that the data from the first 3 months (Feb 20, Mar 20, Apr 20) is correct but from the last 3 months (May 20, Jun 20, Jul 20) just disappears.
Feb 20 | Mar 20 | Apr 20 | Q4 20 | May 20 | Jun 20 | Jul 20 |
1 | 2 | 3 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
4. Now Paste the same data again and hit calculate and it works fine now.
Feb 20 | Mar 20 | Apr 20 | Q4 20 | May 20 | Jun 20 | Jul 20 |
1 | 2 | 3 | 0 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
