Process Flow And Process Flow Admin Not Accessible After ORMFCS 19.0 Upgrade (Doc ID 2640621.1)

After MFCS upgrade to version 19.0, following issues are seen:

1. Not possible to initiate a process flow via ReST web service call: http://<SERVER>/bdi-process-flow/resources/discover
2. Process Flow Admin is inaccessible via: https://<SERVER>/bdi-process-flow/

Below error is seen when invoking Process Flow Admin:

Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
