In Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), One User's UI Display Layout Looks Unusual And All Reports Throw An Error When Run: "ADF_FACES-60097..." (Doc ID 2640678.1)

When one user signs into FCCS, various elements of the UI are displayed incorrectly.  The navigator icon is replaced by the word "Navigator".  The icon next to the welcome message is replaced by the words "Current user image".  Certain menus are left-aligned when accessed instead of centered.  Additionally, any time the user attempts to run reports via the Reports card, an error appears: "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #3".

Most users do not experience these issues.
