Leads Not Pulling In Phone Number From Contact (Doc ID 2640711.1)

Goal

Prior to 19D when we created a new Sales Lead the system automatically pulled in the phone number from the Contact record (as well as Job Title and email address). This is important because we send our distributors notifications from the lead which contains important lead information, including the contact's phone number.

After the 19D upgrade this weekend, when we look at any new lead, the phone number for the contact is showing up as blank. The mobile phone number is still populated correctly on the contact object, but it appears the lead is no longer pulling that data in. It is still pulling Job Title and email address though. Some of our third party partners that have been receiving leads today are now complaining that they can't make any phone calls because the phone number is blank in the notification.
