Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Consumer Goods

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CG Contract was created and configured which results benefit transaction record with value = 0

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Benefit Transaction record with value = 96.74 was expected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create a new Contract
2. Enter the start date and end date
3. Select the Settlement Schedule Frequency
4. Create condition attainments and benefit attainments for the distribution indexes
5. Activate the Contract after adding all the necessary details
6. Schedule the "AcoGenerateComplianceHistory" job and submit it.
7. Test the contract, it will show the compliance history and benefit transaction = 0
