ReadOnly Catalog Line Item Grid Columns Do Not Populate in Lightning UI (Doc ID 2641057.1)

Symptoms

When opening a CPQ quote in Salesforce Lightning UI, a column does not display any values. The column(s) which doesn't display is of type ReadOnly Catalog in the CPQ Line Item Grid. When viewing the quote directly in CPQ or in Embedded Mode, the column populates as expected.
