Oracle Loyalty: Reports Returns Less Rows When Using a Different Language (Doc ID 2641074.1)

This issue impacts Oracle Loyalty 19D and 20A.

If you apply report filters under a given NLS setting on any deprecated code Presentation Columns, then the report you are attempting to view does not return any records if you view the Report under a different NLS setting. For example, if you apply the following filter expression under US English, then the report does not return any records under the Korean language NLS setting:
Member Status Code = 'Active' (US English)

Loyalty - Primary Points Accrual, Redemption, Expiration and Point Balance Trend
Loyalty - Program Liability Trend
Loyalty - Program Revenue YoY
Loyalty - Programs at a Glance
Loyalty - Redemption Velocity
Loyalty - Revenue by Partner
Loyalty - Top N Partners by Revenue
