On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Sales for Microsoft Office 365

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In O365 Opportunity saved search , cannot add multiple status values

In O365 Opportunity saved search , customer wants to create a custom saved search with all Status = All, or select multiple values. But we are only able to set one value, Status Equals like Won or Open etc. This is out of the box field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to add saved search ith multiple Status values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Productivity appl setup > Opportunities > Saved search > Duplicate "Open opportunities" layout > Enter a new name > Status field > Try to add multiple values, this is not available

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add multiple status values in Opty saved search in O365, this is available in SUI
