Symptoms

RESA Totals And Rules migration script fails during upload process to another environment.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create a total with special characters in the total description.
  2. Create a rule using the total created above.
  3. Run the ReSA totals and rules extract.
  4. Upload the extracted Totals and Rules into another environment. Notice errors.
