On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, CX Integration

When attempting to Import Contact in Eloqua from Sales cloud

"Message: statusCode:401, reasonPhrase:"Unauthorized", errorMessage:""


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Import Contacts in Eloqua and schedule.
2. Monitor the Imports and intermittently jobs get ends up with error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sync contacts to Eloqua from Sales Cloud.
