UK EOY (End of Year) documentation states the following:
Off-Payroll Worker Changes from April 2020,
o New legislation comes into effect from 6th April 2020 affecting certain workers who provide their services through an intermediary (often referred to as ‘IR35 rules’)
o Any affected workers must be set up as employees on the payroll system
o A new flag is created to identify these off-payroll workers which will be reported on the FPS
o Validation will highlight if a Student Loan or Postgraduate loan, or a statutory payment is input for an off-payroll worker, and will also exclude them from Pensions Automatic Enrolment processing
