On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to select the option as Amount form LOV In Payment Amount Field

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to select one of the 2 options

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. About me->Update Payment Method. Click on add and Try to select Value as Amount in Payment Amount as "Amount".
2. Not able to select the option
