On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Suppliers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Able to see duplicate records when searching for supplier city.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to see only one record when creating supplier address under city.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Suppliers
2. Create a Supplier > Address
3. Choose City > Type Dallas > Can see duplicate records i.e. Dallas, TX and Dallas, Texas

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can see duplicate records when searching for supplier city.
