ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Receivables to Ledger Reconciliation do not have LOV values in 'Ledger' and 'Request Name'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LOV should show Ledger and Request Name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Accounts Receivable -> Receivables to Ledger Reconciliation
