Symptoms

Approve Requisition

Action Details/Manage Approvals returns an error:


ERROR
-----------------------
Gateway timeout The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server


When the requisition reaches a certain number of lines. For example, if you enter a requisition with few lines, the error does not happen, if you enter a requisition with 11 lines or more, the page does not load/times out.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a requisition with less than 11 lines, save and submit for approval
2. Review Action Details > approvers are retrieved
3. Add 11 or more lines
4. Review Action Details > page times out  and error

Gateway timeout The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server

is returned.
