JCS WebLogic Deployed Application is not Accessible When both The Managed Servers are UP with OCI-C Load Balancer (Doc ID 2641782.1)

Symptoms

In OCI-C JCS environment ,There are two managed servers and a PSM based OCI-C load balancer. PSM based OCI-C Load Balancer is configured with  'Round Robin' load balancing policy. Application deployed on the weblogic cluster.When either of the nodes is up and running, application is accessible .  Application is not accessible when both the managed servers are up & running and is  going to infinite-loop with no errors in browser.  No errors noticed in weblogic managed server logs. However,multiple requests generated from Load balancer with different session IDs  as shown in below screenshots .
