Agent Going Down Every Couple Of Hours (Doc ID 2641846.1)

OIC agent installed in on-premise machine is going down within few hours of bringing it up. This sometime happens for other agent groups installed in organization network in different VMs.

Please suggest if any configurations needs to be done to prevent agent fro going down
