Goal

We are live with Workforce Compensation and we were at the point this week of generating Workforce Compensation Statements. At the time of statement generation, we had all our employees currently in a Partially Processed status for our Bonus Plan, as we had posted the cash bonuses to payroll elements, but have not yet posted the stock grants. Our Compensation Change Statement configuration was set with the Statement Generation Timing setting as "Workers Posted to HR," and Statement Delivery setting as "Centrally managed and stored".

With this set-up, we expected that when we generated the statements through the Batch Process that all employees would have a statement generated, however, it didn't work. I had to switch the Statement Generation Timing setting to "Any worker in any status" in order for the statements to generate.

Why did I have to change the Statement Generation Timing setting to "Any worker in any status" in order for the statements to generate? Why would the system not consider employees in a Partially Processed status to meet the Statement Generation Timing setting of "Workers Posted to HR"?
