One user is experiencing issues in the application. Other users can open workbooks without issues. The following error occurs when opening a workbook:
When this was experienced, the customer had opened a large workbook (~12K product positions) and was using the filter, which was taking a few minutes and then the user lost access to the application and dashboard fails upon logging back in and the workbook will no longer open.
