On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Manage Invoices-Audit Invoices

When attempting to create an invoice through REST API with FirstPartyTaxRegistrationNumber attribute in the payload
the following error occurs.The value for the attribute First-Party Tax Registration Number is invalid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use REST API to create an invoice and include FirstPartyTaxRegistrationNumber attribute in the payload


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot unable to create an invoice using REST API while FirstPartyTaxRegistrationNumber attribute is in the payload
