Prepare Assets Transaction Data Error With 'The location is invalid' When Uploading Assets Using FBDI Template (Doc ID 2642156.1)

When uploading assets using the FBDI template, the Prepare Assets Transaction Data process is ending with the following error:

FLEX-DUPLICATE CCID
{CCID}=2
The location is invalid. Enter a valid location.
The ADDITION transaction #### failed for asset number ########.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Load the assets via FBDI template.
2. Check Scheduled Processes page and see the Prepare Assets Transaction Data process in 'Error' status
