Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Canada Direct deposit files are not pulling right branch numbers for two employees.

The Personal Payment methods are valid and the banks are valid. Branch numbers are set up correctly in the system.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the correct account number to get picked up in the EFT file

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to employee's PPM page and bank branch & account number is populated and selected as the account.
