In Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), how to access (where to find in the database) the information:

1. Customer account balance
    a. Both current (open bill cycle) and
    b. Bill related (particular bill of a closed bill cycle)

2. Particular customer account's different events sub-balances (e.g. games, wins, etc.)
     a. Both current (open bill cycle) and
     b. Bill related (particular bill of a closed bill cycle)

3. Particular customer account's different counters (e.g. bonus allowance, total number of particular events in a bill cycle and total number of particular events from the customer account creation date)
     a. Both current (open bill cycle) and
     b. Bill related (particular bill of a closed bill cycle)
