ADFDi Load Of Locations File Is Not Populating County Info (Doc ID 2642592.1)

Product: Manage Locations > HR_LOCATIONS

Problem Description | Question:

User states that when he creates Location manually in Setup & Maintenance > Manage Locations county is not available.

When user creates a location using spreadsheet (HCM Loader Spreadsheet - GenericHdlSpreadsheet) he is able to enter the County. When he goes to OTBI to create report using HR_LOCATIONS the county appears in the column REGION_1. Is this a discrepancy?

User also wants to know how to enable County Field for it to appear in Manage Locations.
