When Attempting to Open A Project/Shell Details Page the Page Never Loads (Doc ID 2642619.1)

Symptoms

After updating Unifier to a new version 19.x version:

When attempting to open a Project/Shell Details page since an upgrade the page never loads. Thus, the Project/Shell's Status cannot be modified. 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to a Project/Shell where the issue has been reported > Select top node in left pane (Shell Home) > Click on 3 dots in right pane > Details.
  3. Nothing happens, the shell details window is not opened.
