Error Java.lang.illegalArgumentException running Customer Statement (Doc ID 2642681.1)

Symptoms

When try to run Customer Statement report, after entering the required information and click Submit, following error occurs:

Java.lang.illegalArgumentException

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Scheduled Processes. Look for Create Customer Statement
2. Enter the required parameters
  Transaction Business Units
  Generate Bill
  Bucket
  From Customer
  To Customer
  Cycle
  Statement Date
  As of date
3. Click on Submit and got the error
