Blocking session alerts are not cleared when the original issue is resolved
on OMC 1.47
1. blocking session issue happens in DB
2. Alert came for the same in OMC console
3. Alerts are not cleared when the original issue is resolved at DB level
4. it clear automatically after 7 days
