ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Business Plan Publish: Account KPI split not working

I have created a Business Plan with an objective having KPIs but after publishing the BP the KPI was not propagated among the accounts as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account KPI issue should be fixed in 20A.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Create a Business plan and save the record
Add a Business Plan KPI and save the record
Add an Objective and save the record
Navigate to the objective details and add a cluster. Save the record
Add a KPI for the Objective and save the record
Add a Objective tasks and save.
Submit the Objective and save
Approve the Objective and save
Go back to the Business plan and submit it (save)
Approve the BP and save
Publish the BP and save.

Wait till the AcoBulkProcess process ends.
Navigate to the cluster’s accounts and check the KPI tab - > it is empty but should have the KPI created.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create Account KPI
