Absence Duration is Shown with 3 digits after the Decimal Point in 20A and 20B

Symptoms
Absence duration is shown with three digits after the decimal point after the 20A update (and is also seen in 20B)
For example:
- Go to Home/My Client Groups/Person Management
- <search for a particular person>
- choose : Actions/Absences/Absence Records
- In the "Existing Absences" section the duration is shown with 3 figures after the decimal point (eg. 47.560 hours)
However, in a 19D system, only two figures are shown after the decimal point - eg 7.5
Changes
The environment was updated to release 20A
