Symptoms

The link(s) on the requisition email approval page do not work. When clicked on, nothing happens or the browser says that the page cannot be displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Requisition
2. Submit Requisition
3. Approver Receives Notification
4. Try to Open Requisition Number Hyperlink
    >> Nothing happens or Page opens and nothing is displayed
5. Try to Open "Edit Requisition" Hyperlink (if applicable)
    >> Nothing happens or Page opens and nothing is displayed
6. Try to Open "Task Details" Hyperlink (if applicable)
    >> Nothing happens or Page opens and nothing is displayed
