On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Receipt Accounting

Customer run the receipt accrual and the journal created on the receipt account in JAN-20 is not matching with the seeded Uninvoiced Receipt Accruals Report amount for the period JAN-20. Please advice why Uninvoiced Receipt Accruals Report not matching with GL?
