How to Include Absence and Vacation etc within the Delegation Rule Categories (Doc ID 2643365.1)

Goal

Whilst testing the creation of delegation rules for line mangers to proxy the approval their direct reports' annual leave requests. On creating the delegation rule, the Category drop-down list does not include an entry for Absence / Vacation / etc. None of the available entries triggers when an absence request is entered.
