Symptoms

USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME and USER_JE_CATEGORY_NAME is always populated as ReSA in STG_FIF_GL_DATA by SAEXPGL Batch and cannot be configured.

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------
1) Run SAEXPGL batch.
2) Note USER_JE_SOURCE_NAME and USER_JE_CATEGORY_NAME is always populated as ReSA and cannot be configured.
