Unable to open Journals with a specific Data Access Set assignment. Receiving the below error message

"You do not have the required permission. You can request that your help desk change your security settings. Contact your help desk. (FND-14)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. General Accounting_>Journal->Manage journals
2. Click on Journal link
3. error seen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the journal lines and do the reconciliation and verify the Journals which are interfaced to subledger .
