Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Terms Library

Error when downloading contract

When I try to download the terms in the contract, it is displaying an error.

ERROR

The file was not downloaded or was not downloaded properly.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create simplified template
Copy text from another docx file
Create contract
Add simplified template
Try to download the contract to make changes
Get error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download contract.
