Warning Message After Clicking On Save And Continue Button While Creating HR Service Request (Doc ID 2644033.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Service Request

Warning message "You can no longer view this service request because changes were made"after clicking on Save and Continue button while creating HRHD Service Request

There is a business requirement to restrict employee from viewing the Service Request created by them or created for them when Service Request is assigned to a specific queue. We modified data security policy to restrict Employee and Primary Contact to view service request belonging to specific Queues.

When Service Request is created, then click on Save and Continue, immediately get the warning message:

ERROR

"You can no longer view this service request because changes were made"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Help Desk
2. Click HR Service Requests
3. Click Create Service Request
4. Enter required details
5. Click Save and Continue
6. Get error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create SRs
